We’re so excited to have you! To keep appointments running smoothly and give every client the attention they deserve, please review our policies before booking.
⸻📅 Booking
• Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
• A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of booking to hold your spot.
• This deposit applies toward the total cost of your lash set.
• If the deposit isn’t received within 48 hours, your appointment will be released to the public.⸻⏰ Late Arrivals
• Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full appointment.
• Lash sets usually take about 2.5 hours and may extend up to 3 hours, depending on your set.
• Being late affects not only your appointment but also the schedule of clients after you. Out of respect for everyone’s time, punctuality is very important.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show and may be canceled, as there won’t be enough time to complete your set.
⸻❌ Cancellations
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• This fee must be paid before rebooking any future appointment.
